The screening summary now highlights the top 10 skills demonstrated during the interview and compares them to the candidate’s resume, calling out any new skills not previously listed.

Why does it matter?

By surfacing key skills and newly identified abilities, recruiters can more easily assess candidate fit and quickly spot valuable information that may not appear on the resume.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using the Amplify Screener, included with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition.
